Jeff and Lisa Ayscue are the founders and owners of Ayscueʼs Development LLC, a family-owned and operated company proudly working alongside their son and daughter. Together, they build a wide range of thoughtfully designed homes tailored to suit every lifestyle and stage of life. Ayscueʼs Development is committed to quality construction, taking pride in both beautifully crafted spec homes and custom residences that bring each homeownerʼs unique vision to life.
Jeff and Lisa originally joined the construction industry with their company Ayscue’s Trimwork, Inc. Established in 1996, Ayscueʼs Trimwork has become a trusted name in custom carpentry and trim work throughout Johnston and Wake Counties. In 2018, they expanded their expertise into homebuilding. With their extensive background in interior trim, they bring an exceptional eye for detail to every project, carrying their dedication to quality craftsmanship beyond trim work and into every aspect of the home.
